Main equipment: 18 groups of over 2.5 ton large intermediate frequency electric induction furnaces, large lubricating grooves containing over 120 ton oil & automatic fiber truck-loading furnaces and one set of shot-blasting machine in each crawler type and wall-hanging type.
Main ***ection equipment: one set of direct reading optical spectrometer, two sets of infrared high-speed Carbon and Sulphur ***erminator, one Wing Luke's sclerometers, four portable sclerometers.
Main products: Oil quenching of alloy lining board, Multi-element Medium Cr alloy steel, high manganese steel, chrome molybdenum, low chrome alloy & Cr25Ni20MoTi stainless steel plate, which are widely used in the vertical grinder, mine grinder, crusher, etc. in electric power plants, cement plants, grinder manufacturing factories. The main products are sold to various electric power plants, grinder factories and about 500 enterprises.
